Welcome to Flow Me! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flow Me platform, website (https://flow-me.online), web application (https://app.flow-me.online), and the Balys AI assistant delivered over WhatsApp or other third-party communication services.

By creating an account, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Flow Me is operated by CNPJ: 49.858.359/0001-93 - Rayan Barbieri Consultoria em Tecnologia.

1. Services Provided

Flow Me provides a personal virtual assistant named Balys, powered by Artificial Intelligence, to help users organize their routine, manage calendars, record tasks, capture expenses, draft notes, and coordinate external accounts. The services include:

• An AI-powered interface operating over WhatsApp and/or Web Dashboard.
• Integrations ("Connectors") with Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Slack, and other services.
• Checkout, payment gateways, and subscription processing tools.

2. User Accounts and Content

To access the platform, you must register a valid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of any data, text, files, or other materials you send to the assistant ("User Content"). You grant Flow Me the necessary license to process, retrieve, and transmit your User Content solely to deliver the requested services, including sending queries to AI model providers.

3. Third-Party Integrations and APIs

Our platform relies on integrations with third-party service providers, notably Google APIs and WhatsApp/Evolution API. When using these integrations:

• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service and APIs Policies.
• Flow Me is not responsible for the performance, service interruptions, or limitations imposed by these third-party platforms.
• Access credentials (OAuth tokens) are managed securely under our Privacy Policy.

Flow Me's access to Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. We use Google user data only to provide user-facing Flow Me features requested by you and subject to Google's API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

Some features are premium and require an active subscription (Pro plan).

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, processed through secure third-party payment checkout.
• Refunds: We comply with applicable consumer protection regulations. Purchases can be canceled with a full refund within 7 days of initial subscription under local laws (e.g., Brazilian Consumer Code).
• Cancellation: You can cancel or request cancellation at any time. Cancellations can be requested inside the Support section of the web application or by emailing support@flow-me.online.

5. Artificial Intelligence Limitations and Disclaimer

Flow Me is powered by advanced large language models (LLMs). While we strive for high accuracy:

• AI-generated answers, suggestions, summaries, and edits are provided "as-is". They may occasionally contain inaccuracies or errors (sometimes referred to as "hallucinations").
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying critical details, such as financial transactions, task deadlines, or legal document edits, before relying on them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Me (Rayan Barbieri Consultoria em Tecnologia) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or connected with your use of or inability to use the platform.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
